Overall Summary:
Today’s session was outstanding. We began by watching the first half of a strong varsity match, which set a focused tone. The players were engaged throughout, especially during competitive drills where “first to twenty” meant no pushups — a great motivator.


🔥 Warm-Up: Dynamic Passing with Name Calls

Structure:

  • Begin with 1 ball, then build to 4
  • Pass and call the next player’s name
  • Follow your pass to the back of their line
